Just some pics from my mini-hiatus. We visited Hearst Castle, Yosemite, and San Francisco on one of those 3-day / 2-night bus tours. Just because we hadn't been up north in over 15 years (well, my sister and I); I myself haven't been up there in over 5 years (stopped visiting once my ex-boyfriend and I broke up).

Yosemite:

San Francisco Palace of Fine Arts:

Flowers at Golden Gate Park (sorry, no rabbits!):

Hearst Castle:

Oh come now, give those amateur photography skills of yours some credit! That first picture, especially, is gorgeous!

Oh tosh! As long as you're not in the habit of clicking pictures of your finger, you're okay. I love flower pictures, by the way. ;D

hehe.. I try not to put my finger into pictures or cut heads off or push ppl out of the way when they're standing where I want to take a picture.

It was nice :) You'll hear mixed reviews about Hearst Castle, and the tour we went on only covered 25% of it (it was also about an hour and fifteen minutes long), but I liked looking at architecture and learning about his eclectic collection. You'll need someone to distract the tour guides though if you want to jump in the pool.... just kidding!
