So, I just finished three days of orientation, and two days of "actual work"... now to analyze... (cut to spare you the boredom)

Hours	mainly 7:00-3:30pm, 7:30-4:00pm, and 11:00-7:30pm with a few 8:00-4:30pm, 9:00-5:30pm, and 2:30-11:00pm once in a while	right now 9:00-5:30pm, and 11:30-8:00pm; although there might be 1:30-10:00pm, 10:00pm-8:00am (weekdays) and 8:00-4:30pm and 1:30-10:00pm (weekends) coming soon
Distance/Time	about 23 miles about 30-60 minutes depending on traffic	about 25 miles about 30-45 minutes depending on traffic
Internet	Yes! Lag time, I surfed and found the end of the internet! It wasn't pretty!	No! At least, I have yet to find where the hospital library is... and during work, there is NO lag time. sigh and grumble and weeps
Salary	--	about $4/hr more
Retirement	401K, matches about 4-6%	Pension! No contribution needed. Plus optional 401K (no matching, but might in the future)
Health Insurance	approximately $35/month deducted from paycheck, with $20 or more co-pays	unsure what the union monthly deduction is, but co-pays are about $5 and covers more...
Transfer?	No, only one location	Yes, after probation - many locations available, just need to check internal job listings
